Our legal team structure an option or promotion agreement that protects your interests while allowing us to fund and manage the planning and promotion process. Legal documentation and professional fees are covered, ensuring transparency and zero upfront cost to you.​​

6. Completion

The site is sold at market value, with planning, to the highest bidder within our network. You receive the majority of the uplift created through planning.
